We regularly buy presents for our little ones and we have received a very friendly welcome every time. Recently, we bought a folding buggy and we got a lot of explanations from the lady upstairs at the buggies. I was genuinely surprised how helpful she was. Not just doing the 'necessary' thing, but she was really determined to help us the best she could.
Contacted the shop by phone yesterday afternoon as I had a question about an item on the webshop. Very friendly and helpful lady on the line and ordered immediately. Today my parcel was already in the letterbox! What a service!
